You might think of buying double glazed units as part of a complete window refit in your home, but there are a number of situations where you might just want to buy a single double glazed unit, made to measure for a specific requirement.
Replacement Units
Nothing lasts forever, and whilst comprehensive guarantees are provided on new installations, you may still run in to problems on old units that might be around your home. The most common problem that occurs and requires a replacement is when the unit breaks down which means that the air tight seal has erroded. You will notice if this has happened as the cavity between your double glazed units will become condensated and misty. If this happens and you require a new double glazed unit, it does not mean you have to replace your frames at the same time, as we can supply a new unit made to measure your existing frames.

Cat Flaps
One of the most common requests when it comes to double glazed units is with regards to installation of cat and dog flaps. This is possible in all double glazed units, but a new unit would be required to be made to measure and which would include the hole for your cat flap.
Finishing Touches
Double glazed units can be visually enhanced by introducing Diamond or Square Leads to create a pattern. Or you can opt to have Georgian Bars
